  • Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

  • Are there special terms and conditions for aquarium delivery?

    • Whilst problems are extremely rare, due to the fragile nature of glass aquariums we must have special terms and conditions for the delivery of larger aquariums.

      Larger Aquariums (80 Litre plus) are usually shipped next day. Delivery normally takes a further 2-3 days. Our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. They will establish a convenient day, Monday through Friday, for you to receive delivery. There must be someone at the delivery address to take delivery and check the aquarium has arrived in good condition.

      If nobody is present to accept delivery the aquarium will be returned to us and you may be liable for the carriage costs. The person accepting delivery must only sign for the aquarium, after opening the packaging and checking the glass etc., if it is in acceptable condition. Unfortunately, once signed for, no claims for damage/breakage on delivery can be entertained. If the aquarium is damaged do not sign for it or accept delivery. The aquarium will be returned to us, and we will contact you.
